Job Title - Maximo Techno-Functional Lead
Location: Anywhere in the US
Work Model: Hybrid, with travel to customer sites in US, Canada, and Mexico as required
Experience: 8 to 15 Years
Lead, driving solution design and support across the asset management lifecycle.
Possess strong expertise in IBM Maximo Application Suite (MAS), including configuration, customization, administration, and support.
Demonstrate deep functional knowledge of Asset Management, Work Management, Preventive Maintenance, HSE (Health, Safety & Environment), Inspections, Audits, and related operational modules.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, conduct workshops, and map business needs to Maximo capabilities and best practices.
Develop and review functional and technical solution design documents aligned with business requirements.
Ensure data integrity, quality, and reliability within Maximo to effectively manage assets throughout their lifecycle.
Design and support integrations between Maximo and external enterprise systems to streamline maintenance and asset management processes.
Provide effort estimations for enhancement, development, and support activities within the defined scope of work.
Act as a trusted advisor to users by addressing and resolving techno-functional queries and issues.
Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation, including configurations, customizations, interfaces, processes, and solution enhancements.
Review migration packages, Management of Change (MoC) documentation, and oversee deployments across higher environments.
Support testing activities, defect resolution, and production deployments.
Provide guidance and recommendations on Maximo Application Suite (MAS) upgrades, architecture, and best practices.
8+ years of hands-on experience in IBM Maximo, with demonstrated experience leading techno-functional engagements.
Strong understanding of Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) business processes and asset lifecycle management.
Experience with Maximo configuration, workflows, security groups, automation scripts, integrations, and application administration.
Intermediate to advanced SQL skills, including the ability to write, analyze, and troubleshoot complex SQL queries.

Mandatory Skills: IBM Maximo Asset Management.

Experience: 8-10 Years.

The expected compensation for this role ranges from $80,000 to $158,000 .

Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
