Full Job Description
Overall Purpose of the Job

Responsible for the effective execution oversight of the Policies, Directives, Procedures and Processes associated with Materials Control in the area of responsibility including; inventory management and control, material planning and SAP material control.

Key Activities and Accountabilities

1. Continually work with the appropriate Regions, Countries, Bases, Product Lines and Business Units to keep inventory levels optimum.

2. Promote the utilization of and provide training in standard and measureable processes for all core aspects of Materials Management at Expro and ensure that each location utilises SAP for management and control of all material inventory.

3. Promote and develop forward materials planning process to implement predictive controls over inventory - e.g. long term strategic stock planning, stock level controls, global material usage, and material succession management.

4. Observe, audit and document successes and deficiencies of standard and measurable processes for all core aspects of materials management and prepare and oversee the implementation of corrective action plans.

5. Prepare and report on the monthly review and report on all aspects of Material Inventory performance for the assigned locations in terms of Physical and Record System Accuracy, Policy, Directive, Procedure and Process Compliance.

6. Liaise with internal and external departments as and when required to ensure all questions and queries are resolved and liaise with manager on any concerns.

Job Knowledge and Qualifications

1. 6+ years' experience in Materials, Operations, Logistics or Supply Chain

2. Good working knowledge of relevant SAP modules - MM / PP / SD
