The following position is open in Clermont, Frankfort KY or Chicago IL
Role Responsibilities- Coordinate with production planning, operations, engineering, purchasing, and quality to attain production goals.
- Responsible for providing materials for short-term and long-term production plan. Highlight materials constraints, assess, and communicate impacts, and take appropriate actions in line with global policy.
- Manage inventory level for packaging changes and ensure availability for innovation projects.
- Communicate needs and timing to Vendor and resolve capacity issues by prioritizing scheduling and suggestions.
- Implement best practice standards and drive adoption
- Provide insight and Analysis on changing material trends and demand patterns.
- Work with Operations to determine, research, and correct material inventory discrepancy issues and causes.
- Responsible for the development, creation, and communication of various S&OP reports
- Support and/or lead ad hoc projects and analysis, as requested
Qualifications- 4-year college degree preferred/relevant experience considered
- Strong MS Excel skills
- Minimum 5 years of relevant planning/project management; preferably within the food/beverage industry
- SAP and/or MRP-driven system experience
- APICS certification preferred
- Analytically inclined - able to merge large data sets, analyze data, synthesize business insight and clearly communicate findings.
- Problem Solver - applies critical-thinking skills to generate, evaluate and implement solutions.
- Change Agile - Successfully adapts to changing situations. Manages ambiguity in the function/ role.
- Collaborative across cross functional teams
Salary Range - The salary range for this role, is
$75,000 - 95,000k, along with an annual bonus, 401K match, profit sharing, and medical and wellness benefits. The salary range is commensurate with the candidate's location, experience, and skillset.
