  • Coordinate purchasing, receiving, kitting, and shipping operations to support production and customer requirements.
  • Supervise and improve key operational metrics including timely delivery, inventory accuracy, and material flow.
  • Lead and participate in Lean and ongoing improvement initiatives that improve efficiency and operational performance.
  • Collaborate multi-functionally with production, customer service, supply chain, and leadership teams to resolve issues and deliver results.

WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE
  • Lead production planning and scheduling activities to ensure customer orders are delivered on time.
  • Own production control processes from work order creation through shipment, driving schedule attainment.
  • Lead inventory accuracy through effective controls, cycle counting, and continuous process improvements.
  • Coordinate purchasing, receiving, kitting, and shipping operations to support production and customer requirements.
  • Partner with suppliers and corporate sourcing teams to build a reliable, cost-effective supply chain.
  • Supervise and improve key operational metrics including timely delivery, inventory accuracy, and material flow.
  • Lead and participate in Lean and ongoing improvement initiatives that improve efficiency and operational performance.
  • Collaborate multi-functionally with production, customer service, supply chain, and leadership teams to resolve issues and deliver results.

YOU HAVE

Pay Transparency

nVents pay scale is based on the expected range of base pay for this job and the employees work location. Employee pay within this range will be based on a combination of factors including knowledge, skills, abilities, experience, education, and performance. Where federal, state, or local minimum wage requirements exist, employee pay will comply.

Compensation Range:

$115,500.00 - $214,500.00

Depending on the position offered, employee may be eligible for other forms of compensation, such as annual incentives.
