We are looking for a Materials Manager, we count on you to ensure the right materials are available at the right time to support safe, efficient, and high-quality production. You will lead materials planning, inventory management, and material flow at either our Pendergrass, Georgia or Fort Worth, Texas Plants.

You will make an impact by:
  • We lead materials planning, scheduling, and inventory control to support production requirements.
  • We ensure material availability for metal fabrication, powder painting, plating, epoxy, and assembly processes.
  • We manage inventory accuracy, cycle counting, and inventory optimization initiatives.
  • We partner with procurement and suppliers to support continuity of supply and plant ramp-up.
  • We drive effective use of MRP/ERP systems and improve material flow and data accuracy.
  • We lead and develop materials, planning, and warehouse teams.
  • We support new product introductions, capacity increases, and continuous improvement efforts.
  • We promote a strong culture of safety, quality, and teamwork across the organization.

Basic Qualifications:
  • We typically look for a bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • We value 8 or more years of materials management or production planning experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • We seek experience with complex manufacturing processes such as metal fabrication, coating, or assembly.
  • We prefer experience supporting plant start-ups or major production ramp-ups.
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship.

The pay range for this position is $109,670 - $188,006 annually with a target incentive of 15% of the base salary. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
