Full Job Description
Essential Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate the receipt, storage, and distribution of materials to support turnaround execution
  • Track material inventory levels and ensure availability for critical path activities
  • Interface with procurement, vendors, and field teams to align material deliveries
  • Verify materials against purchase orders, specifications, and packing lists
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and material tracking systems
  • Coordinate staging, laydown areas, and material logistics on site
  • Identify and resolve material shortages or discrepancies
  • Support expediting activities to ensure timely material delivery
  • Ensure compliance with safety and handling requirements for materials
  • Assist with reporting and documentation related to materials management

Work Conditions:
  • Site-based position in Fort McMurray, AB
  • Rotational schedule supporting a major turnaround project
  • Day shift and night shift work required

  • Physically active role with outdoor and industrial exposure
