Qualifications

• Experience in materials coordination, logistics, or warehouse operations in industrial environments
• Knowledge of construction materials, especially mechanical or structural components
• Strong organizational and tracking skills
• Experience with inventory systems and documentation
• Ability to coordinate across multiple teams and stakeholders
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Commitment to safety and proper material handling practices

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the receipt, storage, and distribution of materials for turnaround execution
• Track material inventory levels to ensure availability for critical paths
• Interface with procurement, vendors, and field teams for material delivery alignment
• Verify materials against purchase orders and specifications
• Maintain accurate inventory records and tracking systems
• Coordinate staging, laydown areas, and material logistics on site
• Identify and resolve material shortages or discrepancies
