Key Responsibilities- Maintaining Master Data following the data quality, controls and compliance rules and regulations.
- Keeping MDM Operations documentation up to date.
- Responsible for executing activities done by the MM Coordinator within all capabilities provided, i.e. Master Data maintenance processes, controls, SLAs, point of contact for MDM CoE and business, issue solving (root cause analysis), process performance monitoring.
- Notifying the business users of the status of requests (e.g. rejected requests and reason).
- Adhering to SLAs and report/escalate exceptions to Operations domain Lead.
- Supporting MDM field audits.
- This position is for an experienced Material Master Coordinator responsible for guiding the business process, systemic requirements impacting ERP systems (mainly SAP) and / or Master Data.
- The role focuses on operational excellence, thriving for best-in-class Master Data quality.
- Travel up to 10%.
Required Qualifications- Bachelor's Degree
- 2+ years of experience in continuous improvement, industrial engineering, or manufacturing operations.
Preferred Qualifications- BA/BS degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Business or Business Analytics with minimum of 3 years of experience.
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills (V Look-up, pivot tables, etc).
- Experience in implementation of MDM in a Shared Services environment preferred.
- Experience in interfacing with business operational customers and IT.
- Experience in MDM application systems as key user (preferably SAP and SAP MDG).
- Good communication and teamwork within and across organizational boundaries.
- Experience in root cause analysis.
Pay RangeThe annual salary for this position is between $79,000.00 - $158,000.00 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range include, but are not limited to, skills, education, experience, and other unique qualifications of the successful candidate.
Other CompensationThis position may be entitled to short-term cash incentives, subject to plan requirements.
