  • Integrate sales orders into Visual to drive accurate scheduling and ensure alignment between demand and production.
  • Perform finite capacity planning across work centers and value streams to support delivery commitments.
  • Apply bottleneck management and Theory of Constraints (TOC) principles to optimize throughput and flow.
  • Maintain total demand visibility and drive Clear-to-Build (CTB) status by identifying shortages and coordinating resolution with Procurement.
  • Balance production demand with inventory objectives to prevent both shortages and excess.
  • Collaborate with engineering and quality to prevent material holds, disposition delays, or configuration errors.
  • Control and execute effectivity dates for ECNs and ECOs to avoid disruption to active production orders.
  • Participate in customer meetings related to delivery status, schedule risk, and recovery planning.
  • Support Sales and Customer Service by maintaining accurate lead times and promise dates.
  • Work with Value Stream leadership and Sales to develop and validate forecast demand requirements.
  • Conduct monthly forecast maintenance, analysis, and revisions.
  • Identify scheduling process gaps and recommend continuous improvement initiatives to improve efficiency and delivery reliability.
  • Determine production priorities when labor, capacity, or materials are constrained.

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or technical degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years of Master Scheduling or 7+ years of production planning and scheduling experience or a combination of both in manufacturing; aerospace experience strongly preferred.
  • Advanced experience working with ERP/MRP systems (Visual preferred).

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills in high-pressure environments.
  • Excellent communication across all organizational levels.
