Full Job Description
Title:
Master Scheduler

KBR is seeking a Master Scheduler to provide knowledge and expertise schedule and schedule risk analysis in support of our government customers. The work location is Chantilly, VA.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Integrated Master Schedules: Analyze development contractor and subcontractor integrated master schedules and perform schedule diagnostic health assessments, trend analysis, schedule realism analysis, schedule risk analysis, and EVMS analysis on large, complex space and software-intensive programs
  • Analysis: Document and communicate analysis findings to senior Government leadership


Work Environment:
  • Location: On-Site
  • Travel Requirements: Minimal 0-20%
  • Working Hours: Standard


Qualifications:

Required:
  • Security Clearance: Active TS/SCI with a polygraph
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in any field of study
  • Experience: Minimum ten (10) years of experience in schedule analysis, EVM and Government contracting principles and practices
  • Schedules: Ability to assess program schedule critical paths & schedule margin erosion
  • Schedule Diagnostics: Ability to perform schedule diagnostic and schedule health assessments
  • Metrics and Analysis: Understand correlation of contractor status to various technical performance metrics and to assess alignment with objective performance measures (BCWP) in support of predicative schedule forecasts and estimates at complete (EACs)
  • Multi-Team Collaboration: Exercising sound judgment and discretion, possess ability to work on, and collaborate with, cross-functional and multi-disciplinary teams to perform analysis
  • Organization and Communication Skills: Effective organizational and communication skills in writing, oral and briefings, as well as proficiency in the use of standard office systems and software products such as Microsoft Office.


Desired Qualifications:
  • Schedule Analysis Tools: Possess basic working or functional knowledge of schedule analysis tools such as Full Monte, Milestones Pro, or equivalent
  • IT Systems: Experience with information technology (IT) systems, automated information systems (AIS) and software development environment


Basic Compensation:

$150,800-$207,400

This range is for the Virginia area only.

The offered rate will be based on the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, abilities, and/or experience and in consideration of internal parity.

Additional Compensation:

KBR may offer bonuses, commissions, or other forms of compensation to certain job titles or levels per internal policy or contractual designation. Additional compensation may be in the form of a sign-on bonus, relocation benefits, short-term incentives, long-term incentives, or discretionary payments for exceptional performance
