JOB TITLE: MASS TORT ATTORNEY - CONTRACT

DEPARTMENT: MASS TORT

REPORTS TO: BONNIE RICKERT, PARTNER, DIRECTOR OF MASS TORTS

FLSA STATUS: EXEMPT

ROLE SUMMARY:

KEY REQUIREMENTS:
  • 2+ years handling personal injury matters in mass tort cases (preferred).
  • Medicare lien resolution experience
  • 2+ years working with clients in personal injury matters (required).
  • Experience working with large dockets of clients in mass tort actions, including Plaintiff Fact Sheet and production processes (preferred).
  • Ability to interact with clients, vendors, and others over the phone and in person (required).
  • Outstanding organization, research, writing and communication skills (required).
  • Review files to confirm eligibility requirements are met for claim.

  • A self-starter, able to take initiative and be responsible for seeing the job through.
  • Adapts to technology/applications including case management software to manage matters.
  • Competent to prioritize multiple projects and responsibilities to deliver timely results.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

JD from accredited law school

Licensed and in good standing in at least one U.S. Jurisdiction
