Full Job Description

You Are:

We are looking for an experienced MarTech Solution Architect to help enterprise clients design the marketing data, technology, and AI foundations required to deliver more intelligent, connected, and personalized customer experiences.

This role sits at the intersection of marketing strategy, customer data, enterprise architecture, and AI. You will work directly with business and technology leaders to assess existing MarTech ecosystems, define future-state architectures, and create practical roadmaps connecting customer data, identity, personalization, journey orchestration, automation, and emerging AI capabilities.

You will serve as a trusted advisor throughout the engagement lifecycle—from discovery and strategy through architecture and implementation—translating business priorities into scalable solutions across platforms such as Salesforce, Adobe Experience Cloud, cloud data platforms, and broader enterprise ecosystems.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead client discovery sessions and architecture workshops with marketing, data, technology, and business stakeholders.

  • Assess current MarTech and customer data ecosystems, including CRM, CDPs, data warehouses, cloud platforms, analytics, consent, and activation tools.

  • Define future-state MarTech architectures that enable personalized, real-time, and AI-powered customer experiences.

  • Design customer data models, identity-resolution strategies, segmentation approaches, and real-time activation patterns.

  • Architect solutions using platforms such as Salesforce Data Cloud/Data 360, Agentforce, Adobe Experience Platform, Adobe Journey Optimizer, and related enterprise technologies.

  • Translate marketing and customer-experience use cases into clear platform, data, integration, and AI requirements.

  • Identify opportunities to apply predictive AI, generative AI, RAG, intelligent automation, and agentic workflows across marketing operations and customer journeys.

  • Define integration patterns connecting customer-facing platforms with CRM, loyalty, commerce, service, analytics, consent, and enterprise data environments.

  • Develop MarTech strategies and roadmaps that balance near-term business value with longer-term platform modernization.

  • Recommend architectural patterns that improve scalability, security, data quality, interoperability, and platform consumption.

  • Demonstrate how customer data and AI capabilities can create value across marketing, sales, service, commerce, and digital experiences.

  • Translate complex technical concepts into clear executive-level recommendations, architecture views, and investment priorities.

  • Connect proposed solutions to measurable business outcomes, including revenue growth, marketing productivity, customer engagement, and cost optimization.

  • Provide architecture oversight during delivery and contribute to detailed solution designs, implementation plans, testing strategies, and technical governance.

  • Coach and mentor technical and functional team members while helping build broader MarTech, data, and AI capabilities.

Here’s What You’ll Need:

  • 7+ years of experience across MarTech, CRM, customer data platforms, data architecture, or enterprise technology consulting.

  • 3+ years in a customer-facing consulting, solution architecture, or enterprise architecture role.

  • Strong understanding of customer data architecture, identity resolution, segmentation, consent, personalization, journey orchestration, and activation.

  • Experience leading discovery workshops and translating business objectives into technology and architecture requirements.

  • Hands-on or architecture-level experience with at least one major MarTech or customer data ecosystem, such as:

    • Salesforce Data Cloud/Data 360, Marketing Cloud, Personalization, or Agentforce

    • Adobe Experience Platform, Real-Time CDP, Adobe Journey Optimizer, or Adobe Experience Cloud

  • Experience designing data flows and integrations across CRM, cloud platforms, data warehouses, APIs, analytics, and customer-engagement platforms.

  • Understanding of real-time and batch data-ingestion patterns, data modelling, profile unification, audience management, and activation.

  • Working knowledge of predictive AI, generative AI, RAG, search and indexing, prompt design, or agentic architectures.

  • Ability to develop future-state architectures, capability models, solution options, and phased transformation roadmaps.

  • Strong executive communication and storytelling skills, including the ability to connect architecture decisions to business value.

  • Experience defining scalable, secure, and testable solutions across complex enterprise environments.

  • Ability to work effectively across business, marketing, data, privacy, security, architecture, and engineering teams.

  • English is required for this position as this role will regularly interact with stakeholders across Canada, US and other countries across our Global footprint where English is the common language. Due to the significant high volume of interactions with these English-speaking stakeholders, which is inherent to this position, it is not possible to reorganize the company's activities to avoid this requirement.

  • A minimum of a high school diploma or GED is required for this position.

Bonus Points If:

  • Experience implementing Salesforce Data Cloud/Data 360, Agentforce, Adobe Experience Platform, or Adobe Journey Optimizer.

  • Experience defining Data Lake Objects, Data Model Objects, identity-resolution rules, calculated insights, segmentation, and activation patterns within Salesforce.

  • Experience with generative AI platforms, retrieval-augmented generation, prompt engineering, search-index configuration, and AI-agent design.

  • Familiarity with cloud data platforms such as Snowflake, Databricks, AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

  • Experience developing testing and validation approaches for customer data, personalization, real-time activation, and GenAI solutions.

  • Experience with consent, privacy, data residency, data governance, and responsible AI requirements, including familiarity with Canadian privacy considerations.

  • Relevant Salesforce, Adobe, cloud, data architecture, or AI certifications.

  • Experience using architecture and data-modelling tools such as Lucidchart, Visio, or similar platforms.

  • French-language capability is an asset, particularly for client work in Quebec.
