Marketing Specialist Foothill Ranch, CA | Full-Time | Non-Exempt What You'll Do As our Marketing Specialist, you'll play a key role in promoting Eagle's products, services, and community impact by:
- Designing and producing marketing campaigns, promotional materials, signage, and digital content.
- Creating marketing materials for branches, business development efforts, community outreach, and organizational initiatives.
- Managing and maintaining Eagle's visual brand standards.
- Updating website content and supporting digital marketing efforts.
- Coordinating promotional items, printed materials, and marketing inventory.
- Managing relationships with printers, agencies, and other marketing vendors.
- Supporting community outreach programs, sponsorships, and events.
- Assisting with product launches and organizational communications.
- Designing Eagle's Annual Report and other high-visibility communications.
- Tracking campaign performance and identifying opportunities for improvement.
What We're Looking For Required Skills & Experience
- Two or more years of experience in marketing, communications, graphic design, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar design tools.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams.
Preferred Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Graphic Design, or a related field.
- Experience in financial services, banking, or credit unions.
- Experience supporting community events, sponsorships, and outreach initiatives.
- Knowledge of website content management systems and digital marketing best practices.
