Full Job Description
Primary Function

The Marketing Software & AI Marketing Engineer serves as the technical architect and developer driving the evolution of marketing technology (Martech) and AI-enabled marketing operations. This hands-on role is ideal for a full-stack software engineer with expertise in AI agents, large language models (LLMs), APIs, and automation frameworks. The position partners closely with internal stakeholders, external partners, and global marketing, IT, and governance teams to design, build, deploy, and scale AI-powered marketing solutions while ensuring compliance, quality, and operational excellence.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Build and deploy automated AI agents for marketing use cases.
  • Develop and maintain prompt chains, context profiles, and secure API wrappers.
  • Integrate AI solutions with CRM, CMS, analytics platforms, and data warehouses.
  • Own the AI deployment lifecycle including versioning, validation, and monitoring.
  • Design performance metrics and content quality evaluation frameworks.
  • Support data governance, QA, and compliance requirements.
  • Document systems, deployment protocols, and technical standards.
  • Collaborate with marketing, IT, governance, and external stakeholders.


Skills & Qualifications

  • Full-stack software development expertise.
  • Proficiency in Python, TypeScript, vector databases, cloud architectures, or testing frameworks.
  • Experience with OpenAI, Claude, Bedrock, LangGraph, or similar frameworks.
  • Experience with LLM evaluation tools such as Ragas and DeepEval.
  • Knowledge of prompt engineering, chaining, and agent-based workflows.
  • Familiarity with marketing systems and enterprise security best practices.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and ownership mindset.
  • Understanding of language model training and fine-tuning.
  • Preferred: AWS Bedrock, SageMaker AI, AI safety, reinforcement learning, or game AI experience.


Education & Experience

  • 3-6 years of software engineering experience with full-stack development responsibilities.
  • Experience building and deploying AI-powered applications and agent-based systems.
  • Experience with enterprise marketing technology integrations.
  • Graduate-level deep learning experience preferred.
