Job SummaryWhat you bring to the tableWe're looking for a talented recruiting professional to join our team in a high-visibility, remote role supporting one of the world's largest employers. You'll partner with major brand accounts and business leaders to attract top talent across Marketing, Communications, and Human Resources. The ideal candidate brings experience recruiting within hospitality or foodservice, a strong service mindset, and a creative approach to finding and engaging hard-to-reach talent. This role is all about partnership, so we're looking for someone who builds strong relationships, works well across teams, and can confidently communicate with leaders and stakeholders at all levels.

Qualifications:- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business or a related field is preferred; or 5 years of direct experience in lieu of degree
- Hospitality or Foodservice background is highly desired
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
- Experience in leveraging social media tools
- Ability to assess high-level talent and make recommendations to internal business clients
- Understands business strategies and able to interweave recruitment strategy
- Previous experience recruiting foodservice professionals preferred
