Full Job Description

This position is responsible for project management, implementation, and program management of client campaigns, including post-launch reporting. This position manages platform inventory for campaign assets, works closely with operations, digital marketing, and account management to ensure smooth delivery of campaigns.

This role…

  • Partners with clients and the Account Management team to ensure alignment on goals and execution strategies.
  • Develops clear execution plans and timelines for program implementations, outlining key milestones and deliverables.
  • Coordinates cross-functional teams and/or stakeholders across marketing, operations, product, and business operations to align resources and initiatives.
  • Ensures timely and efficient implementation of programs and solutions.
  • Supports the development of content strategies for client and partner programs.
  • Manages inventory to facilitate seamless program launches, ensuring alignment on timelines and assets.
  • Maintains clear and proactive internal communication, with potential for client interactions
  • Identifies and escalates risks or challenges, providing recommendations for resolution.
  • Ensures reporting is accurate and delivered to client team in a timely fashion
  • Fosters collaboration across teams, demonstrating initiative, problem-solving, and a positive attitude.
  • Conducts successful post-implementation reviews to capture lessons learned and improve future processes.
  • Leverages historical metrics to define performance benchmarks, identify areas for improvement, and implement tactical plans.
  • May lead projects and perform other duties as assigned.
  • Occasional business travel may be required.

Salary: $69,900.00 - $94,400.00 Annually
