Job Description

This role is responsible to support the sourcing of creative agency services, within Marketing Procurement. This role reports to the Associate Director of Procurement for Creative Agencies.

The candidate will support Marketing Sourcing initiatives as well as optimization of Procurement platforms and tools to track and govern Creative Spend globally. Responsibilities include identifying and supporting key priorities: value creation, service delivery, global category management, agency evaluation surveys, scope of work management such as scope templates, rate card management and analysis, risk management, and supplier value management. Primary activities include but not limited to:

  • Lead global, cross-functional initiatives for Decideware platform or platform of similar scope encompassing current state / new functionality, change management, and local market requirements across the enterprise. This includes scope of work management, agency evaluation surveys, training stakeholders and agency partners; reviewing Agency scope of work and staff plan for proposed roles, hours, and rate structures to provide financial guidance within procurement and to stakeholders

  • Supportsupplier contract negotiations from initial contracting review to contract signing/execution

  • Implement Supplier Value Management with key suppliers in the category to foster innovation, manage supplier performance, establish a Governance Model, and ensure continuous improvement

  • Strong Proficiency in data and analytics skills; proactively support team with data and analytics to inform category decisioning and planning using various Procurement dashboards such as Power BI

  • Develop, sustain, and evolve global stakeholder relationships through a service mindset

  • Identify and deliver on key metrics including savings, supplier diversity and working capital to established objectives while ensuring value generation, resource management, talent investment, ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) integration and business continuity

  • Actively support diversity, both within the Company as well as expanding relationships and spend with diverse suppliers.

Position Qualifications:

Education Minimum Requirement: Undergraduate degree OR Equivalent Experience required

Required Experience and Skills:

  • 3 - 5 years of experience in agency compensation. Ability to review agency multipliers to make recommendation on industry standard benchmarks for Time & Material and deliverable agency rates

  • 3 - 5 years of Procurement, Business Management and / or Marketing specific experience

  • Agile mindset, ability to learn quickly and connect the dots

  • Strong data and analytic skills; ability to work in Power BI and other business analytics and data visualization tools to turn raw data into meaningful insights through reports, dashboards, and interactive visuals.

  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and support multiple concurrent projects and stakeholders

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel, PowerPoint and Data Analytics

Preferred Skills

  • Negotiation & Contracting: Skilled in negotiating terms and managing supplier agreements.

  • Stakeholder Engagement: Ability to build relationships and influence cross-functional teams

  • Project Management: Organized and capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Tools & Systems: Familiarity with procurement platforms (e.g., SAP, Ariba)

La personne retenue soutiendra les initiatives dapprovisionnement marketing ainsi que loptimisation des plateformes et outils dapprovisionnement visant suivre et encadrer les dpenses lies aux agences cratives lchelle mondiale. Les responsabilits comprennent lidentification et le soutien des priorits cls : cration de valeur, prestation de services, gestion mondiale des catgories, sondages dvaluation des agences, gestion des noncs des travaux comme les modles de porte9e, gestion et analyse des grilles tarifaires, gestion des risques et gestion de la valeur fournisseur. Les principales activits comprennent notamment :

  • Diriger des initiatives mondiales et interfonctionnelles lies la plateforme Decideware ou une plateforme de porte9e similaire, couvrant ltat actuel, les nouvelles fonctionnalits, la gestion du changement et les exigences des marchs locaux lchelle de lentreprise. Cela comprend la gestion des noncs des travaux, les sondages dvaluation des agences, la formation des parties prenantes et des partenaires dagence; lexamen des noncs des travaux et des plans de dotation des agences pour les rles proposs, les heures et les structures tarifaires afin de fournir une orientation financire lquipe Approvisionnement et aux parties prenantes.

  • Soutenir les ngociations contractuelles avec les fournisseurs, de lexamen initial du contrat jusqu la signature et lexcution.

  • Mettre en 5uvre la gestion de la valeur fournisseur avec les fournisseurs cls de la catgorie afin de favoriser linnovation, gérer le rendement des fournisseurs, tablir un modle de gouvernance et assurer lamlioration continue.

  • Faire preuve dune solide matrise des donnes et de lanalytique; soutenir proactivement lquipe au moyen de donnes et danalyses pour orienter la prise de dcisions et la planification lies aux catgories, laide de divers tableaux de bord dapprovisionnement, comme Power BI.

  • Dvelopper, maintenir et faire voluer les relations avec les parties prenantes mondiales dans une optique de service.

  • Dterminer les indicateurs cls, notamment les conomies, la diversit des fournisseurs et le fonds de roulement, et atteindre les objectifs tablis tout en assurant la cration de valeur, la gestion des ressources, linvestissement dans les talents, lintgration des facteurs ESG (environnementaux, sociaux et de gouvernance) et la continuit des activits.

Qualifications du poste:

Exprience et comptences requises :

  • De 3 5 ans dexprience en rmunration dagences. Capacit examiner les multiplicateurs dagence afin de formuler des recommandations fondes sur les rffrences standards de lindustrie pour les tarifs dagence en temps et matriel ainsi que pour les livrables.

  • De 3 5 ans dexprience en approvisionnement, en gestion des affaires et/ou en marketing.

  • Esprit agile, capacit apprendre rapidement et faire des liens.

  • Solides comptences en donnes et en analytique; capacit travailler avec Power BI et dautres outils danalytique daffaires et de visualisation des donnes afin de transformer des donnes brutes en renseignements utiles au moyen de rapports, de tableaux de bord et de visuels interactifs.
