Full Job Description
As a senior marketing process analyst on the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Direct Acquisition team, you'll help elevate our experimentation capabilities and support data-driven decision-making. In this role, you'll identify opportunities within the Renters and Umbrella digital and voice sales experience, develop A/B testing methodologies, and translate results into clear, actionable recommendations for cross-functional teams. You'll collaborate closely with analysts, customer strategists, and business leaders to bring consistency to testing methods, improve data quality, identify data gaps, and enhance reporting capabilities. This includes defining data requirements, supporting the development and optimization of reporting datasets and dashboards, and ensuring that experimentation results can be measured through scalable, reliable data solutions. This will drive momentum across Vehicle Voice+ initiatives.

This is a remote position requiring occasional travel (quarterly) for meetings and/or training.

Must-have qualifications
  • A minimum of six years of analytical work experience.
  • {OR} Bachelor's degree or higher and a minimum of five years of analytical work experience.
  • {OR} Bachelor's degree or higher in a quantitative field of study and a minimum of three years analytical work experience.

Preferred skills
  • Experience with A/B testing methodologies and/ or other statistical analysis techniques.
  • Advanced SQL programming skills, including the ability to build, maintain, and troubleshoot complex programs.
  • Advanced Excel skills, including VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, and data visualization through charts and graphs.
  • Strong ability to communicate data-driven insights through compelling narratives and visualizations that help stakeholders understand key findings and recommendations.

Compensation
  • $81,400 - $108,500/year
  • Gainshare annual cash incentive payment up to 30% of your eligible earnings based on company performance
