Full Job Description
The Role

We're looking for a hands-on Marketing Manager to build and run Piston's marketing engine from the ground up. This is an in-office role in Cupertino, CA. You won't be just managing agencies-you'll be executing directly, experimenting boldly, and owning results.

What You'll Do
  • Own and grow Piston's social media presence with bold, engaging, and relevant content.
  • Design and execute email campaigns in HubSpot (and beyond) that drive engagement and growth.
  • Partner with the sales team to create and run lead-gen and conversion campaigns.
  • Build and protect the Piston brand-ensuring consistency in voice, tone, and design across all channels.
  • Track, analyze, and optimize marketing KPIs to measure and improve performance.
  • Operate with urgency, creativity, and accountability-a builder, not a delegator.


What We're Looking For
