Marketing Manager - Remote

Position Overview

We're seeking a strategic and results-driven Marketing Manager to be a core member of our B2B marketing efforts and accelerate business growth in competitive enterprise markets. In this pivotal role, you'll architect and execute AI-centered marketing strategies that drive qualified pipelines, elevate brand positioning, and forge deeper connections with key decision-makers across target industries.

The role spans demand generation and content strategy to brand development and marketing operations. You'll work at the intersection of creativity and analytics, leveraging data-driven insights to optimize campaigns, demonstrate clear ROI, and make a measurable impact on revenue growth. This role requires both visionary thinking to identify emerging opportunities and hands-on execution to bring bold ideas to life.

You'll collaborate closely with Sales, Consulting, and Research teams to ensure marketing initiatives align with business objectives and client needs.

This position will report to the global Chief Marketing Officer and will support the marketing team, which supports our internal stakeholders and firm-wide marketing goals.

Responsibilities
  • Architect AI-Powered Marketing Ecosystems - Design and deploy data-driven marketing strategies that leverage machine learning, predictive analytics, and marketing automation to deliver personalized experiences at scale
  • Orchestrate Omnichannel Campaign Intelligence - Launch high-impact campaigns that integrate AI-driven insights across digital, social, content, and traditional channels to maximize engagement and conversion
  • Drive Revenue Through Predictive Analytics - Own P&L for marketing investments, utilizing AI forecasting models and advanced attribution to optimize spend allocation and demonstrate measurable ROI
  • Harness Market Intelligence with AI Tools - Deploy sentiment analysis, competitive intelligence platforms, and consumer behavior modeling to identify trends before they emerge and stay ahead of market shifts
  • Forge Strategic Alignment Across Revenue Teams - Partner with Sales and Consulting to create unified go-to-market strategies powered by shared data, AI-driven lead scoring, and predictive pipeline models
  • Champion Brand Excellence Through Intelligent Systems - Implement AI-powered brand monitoring and content optimization tools to ensure message consistency and emotional resonance across all touchpoints

Required Skillsets
  • This position is remote, but travel may be expected up to 2-4 times a year for ad hoc support of events and other key activities.
  • 5+ years of marketing experience at a large firm, including experience creating and leading marketing campaigns
  • Experienced with marketing automation, analytics and AI-based tools
  • Good storytelling skills that manifest across modes, whether that be copywriting or stakeholder alignment or executive presentations. Ability to understand complex, technical concepts and simplify without losing story's potency.
  • Significant project management experience, exemplary track record in successful stakeholder management and multi-project oversight.
  • Expert presentation, verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas in easy-to-understand business terms to external audiences and all levels of management, including senior leaders
  • Collaboration, stakeholder management, communication skills - high EQ

Education
  • Bachelor of Arts or Science degree in marketing or communications
