Marketing Manager, Pharma Solutions
Pharma Solutions is a newly established global business within Croda Life Sciences, bringing together industry-leading capabilities in vaccine adjuvants, lipid delivery technologies, and research-grade materials through trusted brands including Avanti Research. As Marketing Manager, Pharma Solutions, you will shape and execute the global marketing strategy for Pharma Solutions. Working alongside global portfolio leaders and the Pharma Solutions leadership team, you will translate strategic priorities into impactful marketing programs that strengthen customer intimacy, elevate thought leadership, enhance brand presence, and support commercial growth.
This role requires a leader who can navigate a complex global matrix, align diverse stakeholders around a common vision, and transform scientific innovation into compelling commercial value.
What Success Looks Like
Strategic Marketing Leadership
• Develop and implement a globally aligned marketing strategy that supports Pharma Solutions growth objectives.
• Align portfolio, commercial, and regional stakeholders around a coordinated market approach.
• Successfully connect RUO, GMP, and vaccine adjuvant priorities into a clear and differentiated market position.
Commercial Growth & Customer Engagement
• Deliver integrated marketing campaigns that strengthen brand visibility, deepen customer engagement, and support commercial pipeline growth.
• Translate complex scientific capabilities into compelling customer-focused value propositions and customer journeys.
• Support the commercialization of new innovations through effective go-to-market planning and execution.
Marketing Excellence
• Lead global events and engagement strategies across conferences, webinars, and customer programs.
• Establish clear measures of marketing effectiveness and use data to continuously improve performance and return on investment.
• Manage marketing resources with commercial discipline and accountability.
• Own and optimize the global marketing budget, balancing regional priorities with business objectives while ensuring marketing investments support growth, deliver measurable value, and maximize return on investment.

Qualifications
• Proven B2B marketing experience within life sciences, pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, CDMO, drug delivery, research tools, or related technical industries.
• Demonstrated success translating complex scientific or technical concepts into compelling customer-focused marketing programs.
• Experience leading global campaigns, stakeholder engagement, and cross-functional initiatives in a matrix environment.
• Strong commercial judgment, project leadership, and data-driven decision-making capabilities.
• Experience supporting portfolio marketing, product marketing, innovation commercialization, or life science e-commerce businesses is advantageous.

Additional Information
This position is based in Princeton, NJ. Alabaster, AL and Cowick, England will also be considered.
The expected salary range for this position is $100,000 to $140,000 annually, plus eligibility for an annual bonus and a comprehensive benefits package. Final compensation will be based on factors including skills, experience, qualifications, internal equity, and geographic location.
