Full Job Description
We are seeking a Marketing Manager II to lead and execute our marketing strategy across messaging, content development, website optimization, social media, demand generation, events, SEO, AI search optimization, analytics, and HubSpot marketing automation. This role also partners closely with sales and customer-facing teams to support lead generation, customer engagement, and business growth. The ideal candidate is a strategic and hands-on marketing professional with experience in technology marketing, strong communication skills, exceptional attention to detail, and a passion for delivering measurable results that strengthen the customer experience and drive revenue opportunities

Key areas of responsibility
• The Marketing Manager II area of responsibility will include messaging, content, website strategy, social media, demand generation, events, SEO, AI engine optimization, HubSpot, analytics, account management, sales support, and business support.
• Support internal teams with marketing needs and develop methods and procedures commensurate with the role's working knowledge and experience level.
• Apply working knowledge of the Racksquared services, buying audiences, customer needs, buyer journey, competitive environment, and go-to-market process.
• Manage assigned priorities and deadlines, escalating material risks or issues to leadership.
• Cultivate and maintain strong customer and colleague relationships through clear written and verbal communication.
• Participate in and contribute to strategic marketing and business projects.
• Other duties as assigned
• This position does not have direct reports.

Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, and 3-6 years of progressive B2B marketing experience, preferably in technology, cloud, data center, managed services, or SaaS.
• Working knowledge of B2B strategy, buyer journeys, positioning, messaging, content development, integrated demand generation, events, and sales enablement.
• Working knowledge of website strategy, email marketing, paid media, social media, SEO, local search, analytics, and AI engine optimization.
• Working knowledge of HubSpot or a comparable CRM and marketing automation platform, including campaigns, segmentation, automation, lead scoring, attribution, and reporting.
• Ability to own multi-channel campaigns and connect performance to marketing-qualified leads, opportunity creation, and pipeline.
• Working knowledge of generative AI tools and AI search practices, with sound judgment regarding accuracy, privacy, and brand standards.
• Strong writing, editing, presentation, analytical, project management, prioritization, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently in a team-supportive culture and communicate effectively with customers, prospects, vendors, agencies, and internal staff.
• Experience supporting B2B technology sales cycles, account management, renewals, customer success, vendors, events, or partner programs preferred.
• Familiarity with cloud hosting, cloud backup, disaster recovery, cybersecurity, IBM Power, colocation, or managed IT services preferred.
