Marketing Manager - Americas
Location: Virginia Beach (Onsite)

About the Role
We are seeking a hands-on, results-driven MarketingManager - Americas to lead and execute marketing initiatives across theAmericas region. This role will support the growth of London Bridge Trading(LBT) and Vinyl Technology (VTI), two key brands within our portfolio.

The ideal candidate is a dynamic, proactive marketingprofessional with experience in B2B, B2C, and B2G marketing. You should becomfortable working in a fast-paced, matrixed environment, balancing strategicinput with hands-on execution. You will play a pivotal role in eventmanagement, digital marketing, eCommerce, SEO/CRO, sales enablement, andaccount-based marketing (ABM), ensuring our marketing efforts translate intocommercial success.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Sales Enablement
Develop and execute marketing initiatives that directly drive lead generation and support sales teams in closing deals.
Manage and optimize digital campaigns, website content, and eCommerce strategies to drive engagement and conversion.
Create impactful sales collateral, presentations, and case studies that clearly communicate brand value propositions.
Work with internal teams and third-party agencies to deliver high-quality content, visual media, and promotional assets.
Support account-based marketing (ABM) strategies, ensuring personalized marketing approaches for key clients.
Manage social media, email marketing, and paid digital advertising efforts to enhance brand awareness and lead acquisition.
Track and analyze marketing performance, providing data-driven recommendations to optimize strategies.
Work closely with the global sales and business development teams, ensuring marketing aligns with commercial priorities.

SEO, CRO & Digital Marketing
Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve organic visibility and website performance.
Implement conversion rate optimization (CRO) best practices, ensuring digital touchpoints drive engagement and sales.
Manage Shopify and Amazon platforms, optimizing product listings, content, and advertising for maximum ROI.
Work with internal and external teams to enhance website UX, drive traffic, and increase conversion rates.

Event Management & Industry Engagement
Plan, organize, and execute trade shows, conferences, and product demonstrations, ensuring brand visibility and engagement.
Collaborate with sales and business development teams to maximize ROI from events through pre- and post-event strategies.
Manage event logistics, branding, and stakeholder coordination, ensuring a professional and impactful presence.

Content & Marketing Execution
Lead content creation efforts, ensuring technical and industry insights are translated into compelling marketing materials.
Work with internal and external design teams to create high-quality videos, visuals, and promotional assets.
Execute and manage social media strategies across LinkedIn, Instagram, and other relevant platforms.
Develop and optimize email marketing campaigns, website content, and digital advertising to enhance lead nurturing efforts.
Ensure brand consistency and adherence to established brand guidelines across all marketing activities.

General Marketing Execution
Work cross-functionally within the global marketing team and with colleagues in global sales, business development, and the wider group of companies.
Support internal communications and PR initiatives to position the brands as industry leaders.
Maintain a deep understanding of competitor strategies, market trends, and customer behavior to refine marketing approaches.
