General Purpose

The Marketing Manager supports the planning, development and execution of CCSWB's Pillar Marketing platforms across our geographies. Working in close partnership with the Marketing Director, this role helps bring national and local marketing initiatives to life by leading day-to-day project management, agency coordination, cross-functional collaboration and program execution.

The Marketing Manager plays a critical role in implementing key marketing pillars (March Madness, Summer, Fall Football, Holidays, etc.), ensuring programs are executed with excellence while delivering against business objectives. This position will manage a team of two Marketing Coordinators. The Marketing Manager collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to drive alignment, maintain project timelines, steward budgets and measure campaign performance.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Partner with the Marketing Director to execute annual Pillar Marketing strategies and business plans.
  • Lead day-to-day management of assigned marketing initiatives from planning through execution.
  • Manage agency partners, vendors and project timelines to ensure high-quality execution.
  • Collaborate with NAOU Media, NAOU Franchise and Cross-Franchise Brand Partners to leverage resources to amplify Pillar Marketing Campaigns
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams including Commercial Marketing, Media, Digital, PAC, Customer Teams, Sales, Operations and external partners.
  • Support development and localization of national marketing platforms for CCSWB markets.
  • Assist with campaign planning, activation logistics, consumer engagement and experiential marketing initiatives.
  • Manage assigned marketing budgets, invoices and financial tracking while ensuring efficient use of resources.
  • Analyze campaign results and prepare performance recaps, recommendations and action plans.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, campaign effectiveness and operational efficiency.
  • Support development of marketing assets, merchandising materials, POS, consumer communications and local marketing tools.
  • Ensure programs align with CCSWB marketing standards, brand guidelines and commercial priorities.
  • Build strong relationships across the organization and influence cross-functional partners to achieve shared objectives.
  • Ensure connectivity between Fundamentals, PicOS and frontline selling tools
