Our Position

Are you passionate about improving the lives of people diagnosed with cancer? Do you enjoy using your solid understanding of marketing to deliver creative, patient-focused initiatives and forward-thinking strategies?

Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, ENHERTU you will work closely with a cross-functional team and within an alliance to prepare for the launch of a new indication for patients with metastatic breast cancer in Canada. The successful candidate will play an integral role in leading the brand strategy and prioritized customer marketing activities.

Your role in helping build the brand, accelerate uptake and achieve our ambition includes:

  • Lead the development of a marketing plan to improve existing tools and design customer marketing activities & tactics to promote the upcoming ENHERTU launch and in-line indications
  • Liaise with the DS alliance partners to identify and create an action plan for portfolio level initiatives for synergies across therapeutic areas
  • Work effectively and dynamically with marketing, sales, and other cross-functional teams to ensure executional excellence, capture new insights, and find solutions to difficult problems
  • Be comfortable working through ambiguity with a willingness to exploring new insights through experimentation and iteration, while also completing critical tasks based on priority
  • Ensure the perspectives of others are heard and understood when collaborating with internal teams and external customers during development and implementation of marketing activities
  • Develop and deliver marketing presentations to the sales team and other brand team members
  • Lead the promotional materials development and management our agency partners
  • Positively influence brand performance and profitability while managing promotional budget
  • Contribute to encouraging an inclusive and highly collaborative team environment, and fully embrace a 9speak-up culture0 where diversity of thought is critical for shared success

Your qualifications include:

  • University degree or equivalent in science and/or business
  • A minimum of 5 years in the pharmaceutical industry with 2 years of strong marketing experience within the Oncology Space. Exposure to Breast Marketing preferred.
  • You have demonstrated your impact in multiple roles such as sales, marketing, professional education, training, analytics and insights
  • You have experience and interest building digital platforms/channels
  • You act with urgency, constantly prioritizing work to meet business needs
  • You effectively manage multiple projects to meet timelines and results
  • You are a critical thinker and focus your work on the highest priorities aligned to the overall strategic direction with a patient-centric approach
  • You positively impact and influence others and quickly establish credibility while building strong business relationships
  • You have strong communication skills: writing and presentation and you are people focused in discussions
  • You are committed to a developing a cohesive team environment
  • Previous KOL relationship management experience is a plus
  • French language is a plus

Annual base salary for this position ranges from 115,084.00 to 151,047.75.

The range provided in this posting represents an offer pay range used in a majority of situations. The base pay offered will vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including the candidate's skills and experience, job-related knowledge, and other specific business and organizational needs. In some cases, offers outside the range may also be considered to address unique circumstances.

In addition, our permanent positions offer an annual Variable Pay Bonus/Short Term Incentive opportunity as well as eligibility to participate in our equity-based long-term incentive program (if applicable to role).
