Position Summary: Marketing Manager (hybrid). The Service Line Marketing Manager works with the Director of Marketing Programs, management and key stakeholders to create marketing and communication strategies and plans that drive business outcomes through integrated multi-channel campaigns. This role partners with their direct manager in developing the key elements required to create and deliver a marketing plan, including market sizing, audience segmentation, message development, campaign development, and campaign analysis. Collaborates across the full marketing department to optimize campaigns based on best practices and produce the necessary content and deliverables to achieve the objectives outlined in the annual plan.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Brings a customer-oriented approach, an aptitude and an outside-in perspective to building and measuring a marketing plan.
2. Develops an understanding of the competitive landscape, assigned customer segments and clinical issues through research, competitive analysis, market segmentation etc. working with their direct manager and the assigned research team member, as appropriate.
3. Maintains knowledge of the combination of conditions and services in order to develop positioning
and value propositions that sets BCH apart from the competition.
4. Working with the Digital and Communication teams, supports production of deliverables aligned with stakeholder priorities and tactics by creating marketing briefs, plans and timelines to meet execution deadlines.
5. Takes initiative to stay on top of, understand and influence the use of innovations and best practices in marketing to improve campaign development and effectiveness.
6. Supports teams by reviewing and incorporating results of competitive analyses and by participating in developing campaign messaging and materials to target existing markets and shape new ones.
7. Participates in conducting competitive analyses, research and market segmentation. Assesses research and market data and incorporates into recommendations to manager. Assists manager in preparing campaign reporting as required for campaign planning and analysis and for presentations to stakeholders.
8. Supports the annual planning and goal setting process by participating in the development of the plan, conducting the appropriate business analytics, competitive, campaign and audience analysis as well as identifying and recommending the appropriate metrics for success.
9. Identifies synergies between service lines and markets to help drive efficiencies and consistency of messaging and brand.
10. Manages budgets, status reports and dashboards for areas of responsibility which includes estimation and timing of deliverables, and ROI.
11. Keeps abreast of relevant market trends, competitive activities, technologies, legislative issues, and end-user issues to inform and promote campaigns.
12. Understands Enterprise, Geography, Service Line and Network partner branding and communication guidelines to ensure compliance.


Minimum Qualifications
Education: Bachelors degree required. Area of study: Marketing, Communication, Journalism, Business

Experience: 4 years experience in marketing and communication building and executing digital and
multichannel lead generation and/or brand campaigns. Experience managing relationships with
stakeholders required. Healthcare, digital or high-tech marketing experience preferred.
