Your role at Vantive

Vantive is seeking a Marketing Manager who will be responsible for the execution, and performance management of our critical care capital equipment and digital portfolio. This role is critical in driving growth across our acute critical care product lines through product lifecycle management, commercial execution, and close collaboration with cross-functional teams.

What you'll be doing:
  • Provide input into strategy development and execution to accelerate growth across the acute critical care capital equipment and digital portfolio, including prioritization, performance tracking, and action planning.
  • Own key commercial processes that improve pipeline and conversion (e.g., funnel governance, opportunity progression, and implementation readiness) in partnership with sales and cross-functional teams.
  • Support sales forecasting processes in partnership with supply chain and commercial teams to enable accurate planning.
  • Lead portfolio messaging and core collateral development, including creative refreshes that keep offerings current and competitive.
  • Collaborate with sales and sales training teams to develop and maintain sales enablement materials and training.
  • Partner with sales, clinical, and technical teams to improve the end-to-end customer journey across implementation, adoption, and ongoing utilization.
  • Support best-in-class product implementation across sites of care, helping enable seamless adoption.
  • As needed, support value-added services marketing initiatives (e.g., customer education and service/technical enablement) to improve customer experience and long-term retention.

What you'll bring
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, Biomedical Engineering, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in medical device marketing, with demonstrated portfolio management experience.
  • Experience with capital equipment and digital products preferred.
  • Demonstrated success in managing a portfolio of products versus a single product line.
  • Ability to analyze, interpret data and translate into actionable insights.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, presentation, and organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with P&L management, forecasting, and lifecycle management.
  • Digital literacy includes Microsoft Office Suite, SalesForce.com and Monday.com.

The estimated base salary for this position is $108,000 to $135,000 annually. The estimated range is meant to reflect an anticipated salary range for the position. We may pay more or less than of the anticipated range based upon market data and other factors, all of which are subject to change. Individual pay is based on upon location, skills and expertise, experience, and other relevant factors. This position is also eligible for a discretionary bonus.
