POSITION: Marketing Growth Consultant

LOCATION: Mahwah, NJ

RECRUITMENT RANGE: $95,000-$119,000

Reporting to the Retail Marketing Manager, this role serves as a strategic marketing consultant to Jaguar Land Rover retailers, retailer agencies, and field teams within an assigned market. The Marketing Growth Consultant partners with retailers to optimize Tier 3 marketing performance, drive demand generation, improve sales outcomes, and increase adoption of OEM marketing programs. Through data-driven analysis, performance reviews, and consultative support, this role helps retailers strengthen marketing effectiveness while ensuring alignment with JLR's Modern Luxury brand standards.

What you will be doing:
  • Serve as a strategic marketing advisor to retailers, helping improve local marketing performance and drive sales results.
  • Review retailer marketing plans, digital presence, and campaign effectiveness, providing recommendations to increase demand generation and ROI.
  • Partner with field teams to identify underperforming retailers and develop targeted marketing recovery plans.
  • Conduct virtual and in-store marketing consultations to evaluate execution, customer acquisition strategies, and conversion opportunities.
  • Drive retailer participation in OEM marketing programs, campaigns, and digital initiatives.
  • Provide guidance on SEO, SEM, digital advertising, and emerging marketing trends to improve marketing effectiveness.
  • Manage creative reviews and support compliance with JLR brand standards and marketing guidelines.
  • Monitor performance metrics and deliver actionable insights to improve retailer marketing outcomes.


What you will need:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in automotive marketing, advertising, retailer marketing, agency management, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of full-funnel marketing, including digital advertising, lead generation, SEO/SEM, and campaign optimization.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to influence stakeholders and build strong partnerships across retailers, agencies, and internal teams.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Automotive retail, luxury brand, or field operations experience preferred; ability to travel up to 50%.


Schedule: Hybrid Ways of Working (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday - office days; Wednesday and Friday - choice days)

Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized components, including location, skills, experience, and market factors. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a target bonus in addition to a full range of medical/health, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick/personal, and parental leave).
