Job Opportunity

This is a hands-on, high-ownership role for a marketer who wants their work to matter. You'll join a small, mighty team where ideas move fast and your fingerprints end up on everything from brand to campaigns to product launches. There's a ton of agency here: if you see something that could be better, you have the room to go fix it. We're looking for someone who genuinely wants to make a difference, not just check boxes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including email, organic social, content, and web.
  • Write and edit high-quality marketing copy across the website, email, blog, PR, and sales enablement content that reflects Lambent's brand voice and standards.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Customer Success, BDR, and Events to align messaging, campaigns, and launches.
  • Support product marketing efforts, including positioning, messaging, competitive intelligence, and go-to-market materials.
  • Roll up your sleeves to execute day-to-day marketing tactics: building HubSpot campaigns, updating web pages, maintaining the content calendar, and managing routine production work.
  • Apply a working knowledge of SEO and AEO (answer engine optimization) to improve organic visibility of website and content across search and AI answer engines.
  • Track performance of campaigns and content against marketing KPIs, and report results and recommendations to marketing leadership.
  • Support marketing events, including the in-person and virtual All-Hands, webinars, and conferences, as needed.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials and channels.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 5 to 7 years of experience managing marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Experience marketing internationally in EMEA and APAC.
  • Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to adapt tone across audiences and content types.
  • A natural collaborator who works well cross-functionally and ensures alignment with centralized brand, social, and content pipelines
  • Product marketing experience or strong interest in developing product marketing skills.
  • A strong desire for execution: comfortable rolling up your sleeves and getting into the details of a marketing tactic.
  • Experience with CRM/marketing automation tools; HubSpot experience preferred.
  • Experience with HubSpot, Canva, LinkedIn, and Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.

Where You'll Work
  • Candidates within 1 hour of Boston or New York City will be expected to be three days a week in either our downtown city office, with the flexibility to work remotely the rest of the time. Candidates outside of Boston or New York City will be remote, with travel to corporate meetings for training or events may be required.
  • Some travel and ability to lift heavy boxes and conference equipment required.
