5-7 years of proven marketing experience in skilled nursing facilities.
Experience working in Long Term Care, ideally in admissions and marketing roles.
Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
Proven ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders including families and health professionals.

Director of Marketing & Hospital Liaison Pine Crest Health Care, a skilled nursing facility, is currently seeking a Director of Marketing. This position is responsible for building referral source relationships in a variety of settings, such as hospitals, clinics, and senior-service related organizations within the community. Also responsible for acquiring the necessary and appropriate information to facilitate the admission of the resident to the facility from home, hospital, or other facility and completing the documents necessary for the admission process. Marketing Director & Hospital Liaison Responsibilities
Represent the facility to clients, hospitals, and community agencies, establishing a good rapport with the transferring institutions.
Maintain an accurate resident roster.
Work with physicians and hospital discharge planners to arrange a smooth transition to the facility.
Build and maintain relationships with hospitals, physicians, social workers, discharge planners and other referral sources.
Analyze referrals to ensure facility can meet resident's needs adequately.
Facilitate a decision for admission approval and notification of admission approval timely to referring agency.
Recruit and credential new physicians to the facility.
Explain facility philosophy, policies and procedures to potential residents, new residents, and residents' representatives.
Meet with members of community organizations.

Prior demonstrated, successful experience in marketing a skilled nursing facility or facilities to local referral sources.
Previous experience in Long Term Care, preferably in admissions and/or marketing
Must be able to read, write, and speak English
Must possess the ability to deal tactfully with residents, family members, visitors, personnel, government agencies/personnel and the general public
Must have patience, tact, cheerful disposition and enthusiasm.
