Glaukos Marketing Director, Cornea (Epioxa) - Aliso Viejo, CA

High visibility. Launch impact. Shape how a first-in-class cornea therapy reaches physicians and patients.

Lead HCP marketing for Epioxa and help define brand strategy, messaging, and execution to build the keratoconus market and accelerate adoption. This role sits at the center of brand management, promotion, field partnership and execution, and customer engagement - translating information into compelling, scalable brand plans.

This is a high-impact opportunity to shape a brand, build a market, and drive meaningful growth in a rapidly evolving corneal health space.

How You'll Make an Impact
  • Drive HCP brand strategy and execution for Epioxa, aligning plans to clear growth and adoption metrics
  • Build and deploy high-impact promotional campaigns across digital, print, video, and field enablement
  • Shape product positioning, claims, and messaging into effective launch and in-line brand tactics
  • Expand awareness in the keratoconus market through physician, staff, and practice education initiatives
  • Develop and activate KOL strategies, including speaker bureau, peer-to-peer programs, and congress presence
  • Partner cross-functionally (Sales, Training, Medical Affairs, Regulatory, Legal, Clinical) to drive consistent, compliant execution
  • Equip the field with tools and training that translate strategy into measurable pull-through execution
  • Track performance, generate insights, and optimize campaigns to increase account penetration and utilization
  • Lead budget planning and vendor management to ensure efficient, compliant execution

What You Bring
  • 15+ years of experience, including medical device or pharma marketing within ophthalmology/eyecare
  • Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree (MBA/MS) preferred
  • Proven brand leadership with strong track record in product launches and campaign execution
  • Deep understanding of HCP marketing, buy-and-bill dynamics, and physician engagement strategies
  • Established KOL network and ability to influence across senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams in eyecare
