Marketing Data Analyst – Remote

The Job:

As the Marketing Data Analyst you will be responsible for creating, maintaining, validating, and improving item master and product content data on Lowes.com. This role supports accurate product setup and digital shelf integrity. The position works cross-functionally with product management, sales, marketing, and channel to ensure item data and product content are complete, accurate, compliant, and established on time to support business operations, customer experience, and product launches.

You’ll get to:

• Review item setup requests for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with internal data standards.
• Enter and validate product attributes such as descriptions, dimensions, weights, UPCs, pricing fields, classifications, sourcing details, and digital content elements.
• Coordinate new item setup, item changes, discontinuations, and data updates across systems.
• Perform content remediation by identifying, correcting, and enriching incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, or inconsistent product content.
• Ensure item setup and content remediation activities are completed within required timelines to support launches, promotions, and operational needs.
• Maintain documentation, workflows, and standard operating procedures related to item setup, content standards, and master data governance.
• Support reporting and analysis related to item creation, content completeness, data accuracy, and process efficiency.
• Assist with continuous improvement efforts to streamline item setup and content remediation processes and reduce errors.
• Help ensure product content aligns with brand, regulatory, customer, and channel requirements.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Experience in item setup, master data management, product content management, and eCommerce operations preferred
• Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy in data entry, validation, and content review.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requests and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
