  • Direct and oversee the creation of marketing content for Cat-led and Dealer-led initiatives across a variety of formats and channels including paid media, email, video, photography, graphics, copy, and emerging media experiences that support customer engagement and business growth.
  • Identify, evaluate, and implement new creative technologies and collaboration tools that enhance creative capabilities, improve operational effectiveness, and support innovation and testing at scale.
  • Champion a culture of creative excellence, experimentation, and continuous improvement by leveraging performance insights, documenting creative testing insights, and applying learnings to strengthen future marketing initiatives.
  • Manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, and creative partners, ensuring deliverables meet quality expectations, timelines, budgets, and strategic objectives.
