Full Job Description
Responsibilities:

  • Champion and elevate the Chem-Trend brand worldwide, serving as the organization's lead brand steward and storyteller. Drive customer-centric communications that inform and strengthen our value proposition across global internal and external audiences.
  • Partner directly with senior leaders across HR, Sales, Business Development, and Technology to uncover opportunities, shape our culture, and bring programs to life that increase employee engagement and amplify brand visibility.
  • Create and execute high-impact, integrated communication campaigns across digital, social media, public relations, and earned media channels, helping position Chem-Trend as an industry leader and employer of choice.
  • Drive thought leadership and strategic public relations initiatives that enhance brand credibility, expand market visibility, support search optimization, and showcase Chem-Trend's expertise and value to the market.
  • Optimize communications through data-driven approaches, establishing meaningful KPIs, measuring campaign effectiveness, and continuously optimizing strategies to maximize engagement and business impact.
  • Advance Chem-Trend's global corporate intranet, continuing to evolve it into the primary destination for company news, collaboration, and employee engagement.
  • Chair a global communications committee that serves as the voice of regional perspectives, shaping enterprise-wide leadership communications, championing our culture, and ensuring consistent, meaningful engagement across the organization.


Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated communications and PR expertise, with exceptional command of English and written communication, including AP writing style. Possesses the ability to articulate complex, technical, and corporate content into clear, persuasive messaging.
  • Experience in developing and managing strategic, multi-faceted marketing projects requiring the coordination of multiple internal and external parties.
  • Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Public Relations, Advertising, Communications, Marketing, or related discipline.
  • Master's degree in similar field is strongly preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in a marketing communications role within a corporate marketing environment. Significant experience within an industrial Business to Business (B2B) environment is highly desired.
