Role:Marketing Campaign Manager

Reports to: Senior Marketing Manager, National Acquisition
Location: Markham, ON (Hybrid - 4 days in office)
Travel: Occasional within Canada

Employment Type: Full-Time

Compensation: $74,817 - $118,211

Please note that the compensation range listed includes base salary and potential incentive pay. Incentives such as bonuses are not guaranteed and depend on individual performance and company results. Role Summary

We are looking for a strategic and results-driven Marketing Manager, National Campaigns to lead the planning, execution, and optimization of integrated marketing campaigns across Canada. This role will drive acquisition and brand growth for our home services portfolio-heating, cooling, water heaters, water purification, and the innovation pipeline -by delivering high-performing campaigns that balance short-term lead generation with long-term brand equity.

You will own campaign execution, performance optimization, and support regional and local adaptation, collaborating with cross-functional teams, regional leaders, and agency partners to ensure flawless execution and measurable business impact.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategy & Planning
  • Support the development of annual and seasonal campaign plans, while ensuring effective offer positioning and relevance
  • Work with agency partners to ensure sound Strategy leveraging prior campaign performance and market trends & insights
  • Working with Digital marketing, Analytics and Web teams, to set campaign performance goals that align with business objectives and implement key deliverables to deliver growth.

2. Campaign Development & Execution
  • Support end-to-end campaign orchestration: briefing, offer positioning, media planning, creative production, QA, and deployment (with support from Sr Manager of course)
  • Manage integrated media plans across digital (paid search, display, social, OLV), direct mail, and broadcast (radio, TV, OOH).
  • Maintain campaign trackers for budgets, pacing, and performance reporting working closely with the digital marketing team.

3. Collaboration & Enablement
  • Partner with Sales, Product, and regional GMs to align offers, messaging, and timing.
  • Coordinate with Digital and SEO teams to optimize customer journey and content ideas
  • Support ongoing Sales toolkits for Call Centre and Field teams to support training programs and maximize campaign understanding to maximize customer engagement & experience

4. Measurement & Optimization
  • Contribute to campaign goal setting and performance monitoring against CPL/CPA
  • Propose test-and-learn experiments on channels, creative, and offers; to consistently improve the performance of campaigns with findings.
  • Deliver both cross-functional and executive-level campaign activity updates and performance reports with actionable insights.
