OverviewJob SummaryThe Marketing Associate oversees the creation and production of marketing, advertising, and sales promotional and public relations materials. Supports highly visible projects, including national/international tradeshows, worldwide website and corporate branding initiatives, and internal communications. Primary contact for multiple external communications agencies and the media. Requires independent initiative.
ResponsibilitiesKey Accountabilities- Participates in a range of project management assignments to support the Manager
- Develops and update timelines and status reports for all projects
- Writes drafts of internal and external communications
- Oversees the development, edits manuscripts and layouts for sales promotional materials within the specifications and timelines required for all business lines.
- Develops strategies to optimize digital communications and platforms, including analytics
- Supports national tradeshow and event programs
- Works with outside agencies for communication material and services.
- Assists in strategic development, production positioning and corporate messaging.
- Prepares basic creative promotional material for selected programs.
- Administers the processing of invoices and maintain budget updates
- Manages specific projects, as needed
- Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

QualificationsMinimum Knowledge & Experience for the positionEducation: Bachelor's degree in marketing, business communications or a related discipline.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in business, communications and marketing,
- Strong familiarity with digital marketing principles and best practices.
- Experience using CRM, marketing automation, sales enablement tools, management/measurement tools to manage leads, track campaign performance, and personalize customer experiences
Management has the discretion of substituting relevant work experience for a degree and/or making exceptions to the years of experience requirement.

- Strong project management skills, including ability to multi-task, and manage multiple projects with competing levels of priority, leadership exposure and rigorous deadlines

The annual base salary range for this role is currently $75k to $100k. Individual employee compensation will ultimately depend on factors including education, relevant experience, skillset, knowledge, and particular business needs.
This role is eligible for medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401k plan retirement benefits with an employer match, as well as paid vacation and sick leave. Our sales roles are eligible for participation in a commission plan and our management, and select professional roles, are eligible for a performance-based bonus.
Travel Requirements:Up to 10% travel required.
