Marketing and Sales Support Manager - MHL

Department: MH Marketing & Sales Support

Role Type: Manager

What You'll Do

  • Develop and execute strategic marketing plans that increase market penetration and support business growth across B2C and B2B channels.
  • Lead marketing campaigns and initiatives that generate qualified leads, strengthen customer engagement, and enhance brand visibility.
  • Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and performance data to identify opportunities and guide informed business decisions.
  • Partner with sales leaders and business development teams to create territory-focused growth strategies and maximize revenue opportunities.
  • Manage and develop a high-performing marketing and sales support team, fostering accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Oversee CRM processes and customer journey management to improve lead conversion, relationship management, and operational effectiveness.
  • Optimize marketing operations, processes, and vendor-supported initiatives to improve efficiency, compliance, and overall business outcomes.

Experience:

Required

  • Minimum 5 years marketing experience with proven positive results
  • Previous management experience

  • Possess a valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record


Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30 am-5:30 pm

Travel Requirements: May require some overnight travel.

Compensation Details:

Paygrade: 2CA

The expected pay range for this position is $83,547 to $91,353 annually.

Credit Human is committed to equitable and transparent compensation practices. Final compensation is determined based on a variety of factors, including experience, skills, qualifications, internal equity, and geographic work location.

This role may also be eligible for:

  • Bonus opportunity up to 7%
