Responsibilities

The Marketing Analytics, CRM, and Digital Specialist is a data-driven strategist responsible for the health and performance of Hamilton Storage’s digital ecosystem and sales pipeline. This role focuses heavily on planning, executing, and optimizing multi-channel lead generation campaigns designed to attract, nurture, and convert high-quality B2B prospects into measurable revenue. Based on-site in Franklin, Massachusetts, the Specialist serves as a global administrator for our CRM (HubSpot), ensuring data integrity while translating complex marketing activities into actionable insights for leadership. The ideal candidate blends technical expertise in marketing with a creative approach to digital presence, bridge-building between marketing activities and sales success.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation & Campaign Strategy: Develop and execute multi-channel campaigns to fuel the sales pipeline; coordinate product and application-specific digital initiatives and build impactful email nurture workflows.
  • CRM Management (HubSpot): Act as our business unit’s global owner for HubSpot, maintaining data quality, segmenting databases, managing automated workflows, and conducting regular CRM training sessions for the team.
  • Digital Property Management: Own and maintain corporate digital properties, including social media presence and the corporate website; oversee content updates for product and application pages and drive UX improvements.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Manage all data reporting for marketing campaigns, websites, LinkedIn, and events; create custom dashboards providing visibility into pipeline performance and effectiveness for sales managers and leadership.
  • Search & Performance Optimization: Partner closely with external agencies to optimize SEO and keywords; monitor KPIs and proactively suggest strategic improvements based on performance data.
  • Sales Enablement: Maintain the sales enablement intranet site by identifying content gaps, updating structure, and managing assets; work closely with sales managers to maximize event ROI and lead nurturing.
  • Reporting & Insights: Deliver regular channel performance reports and maintain the marketing-to-sales funnel tracking process to ensure a seamless lead handoff.
  • Monitor market trends, product developments, industry insights, and competitor activity
Qualifications
  • Expert-level proficiency in managing and optimizing CRM and marketing automation tools, specifically HubSpot.
  • Proven track record of managing the marketing-to-sales funnel and implementing effective lead tracking processes.
  • Deep knowledge of SEO, SEM, and conversion rate optimization (CRO) best practices.
  • Understanding of the markets where Hamilton competes including life sciences and laboratory automation preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Time management skills and proven ability to meet deadlines.
Education/Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Data Science, Digital Marketing or a related field
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in a B2B marketing environment with a focus on digital strategy and analytics.
  • Hands-on experience with A/B testing tools, landing page builders, and digital analytics platforms.
  • Strong experience collaborating with sales teams in a revenue-driven environment to align marketing output with sales goals.
  • Ability to translate data into "thought leadership" insights and executive-level reporting.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, Canva, Asana, Adobe Creative Suite, and ability to adopt and adapt to new technologies.
