What We DoWe are seeking a data-driven Marketing Analyst with 3–5 years of experience to support product strategy and customer retention initiatives. This role will combine analytical rigor with business insight to evaluate pricing performance, customer behavior, campaign effectiveness, and product trends. The ideal candidate is comfortable working with large datasets, building actionable analyses in Python and/or SQL, and translating findings into clear recommendations for cross-functional stakeholders.
Partner with marketing, product, finance, and leadership teams to evaluate offers, campaigns, and retention strategies.
Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytical models usingPython, SQL, and BI tools.
Perform deep-dive analyses on churn, customer lifetime value, conversion, pricing elasticity, and campaign ROI.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Economics, Finance, Statistics, Data Analytics, Business, or a related field.
3–5 years of experiencein analytics, pricing, marketing strategy, revenue management, or a related role.
Strong hands-on experience withPython and/or SQLfor detailed data analysis.
Advanced Excel skills; experience with BI and visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similararepreferred. (DAX, data modeling, report/dashboard development)
Experience infinancial services, insurance, banking, lending, fintech, or other regulated industries.
Success in this role means using data to influence smarter pricing, stronger product positioning, and improved customer retention. The right candidate will be equally comfortable diving into the details of a dataset and presenting strategic recommendations to business leaders.
Pay Range: $73,900.00 - $98,500.00 AnnuallyThis hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting. Pay is based on a number of factors which may include job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements and geographic location.
