Market Manager

Pompano Beach, Florida

Affinity Group is looking for a dynamic, experienced individual to oversee our Knoxville, Tennessee market. This position will be based in the Pompano Beach, Florida. The right candidate will have a passion for leading, coaching, and developing others to produce outcomes consistently.

The Market Director will develop powerful relationships at all levels within the client's organization and deliver results that exceed client expectations, in addition to ensuring their teams consistently meet or exceed the strategic business goals. The right candidate will possess a progressive and consultative selling approach, demonstrated business development skills, and a proven ability to influence and effectively communicate. This position will report to the Regional Vice President of Sales and will also collaborate with the Southeast leadership team to develop and execute the business growth strategy.

Competencies:
  • Leadership Coach. Ability to support and mentor teams to develop their strengths and increase success. Must be able to communicate the "why" behind our strategy.
  • Strategy and Execution. Identifies and plans strategic activities and solutions to penetrate sales markets.
  • Partner and Influencer. Brings passion to serving others and provides exceptional sales presentations with a consultative approach.
