The Opportunity
Build the Future with Us - This is your opportunity to build and grow the business across Eastern Ontario & the National Capital Region, shaping the strategic direction, market position, and long-term success of this critical Region. As a Market Leader, you will operate as an extension of the Executive Regional Leader, driving strategy execution, strengthening our market footprint, and accelerating growth in priority geographies.

You will lead with purpose-guiding market expansion, deepening client relationships, unlocking new opportunities, and inspiring teams to deliver with excellence while bringing WSP's One-Team mindset to life every day.

Your Impact
  • Develop and execute on growth strategy in Eastern Ontario & NCR, translating vision into clear, measurable outcomes.
  • Champion client and market growth by leveraging the market heatmap, driving strategic pursuits, and collaborating deeply with Regional & Sector leadership.
  • Strengthen client relationships and elevate client care in partnership with the Canadian Client Program, using data-driven insights to shape decisions.
  • Support Regional M&A activities, including integration support and opportunity identification.
  • Oversee Local Market Engagement and partner with Marketing to ensure brand presence and targeted investments.
  • Build a culture anchored in safety, collaboration, inclusion, and community impact.
  • Enable meaningful knowledge sharing and cross-sector connection across all teams and Corporate Services.
  • Co-lead workplace and client experience improvements in partnership with Office Leadership and Real Estate teams.
  • Ensure effective HSE and Emergency Response preparedness and execution.
  • Represent WSP with industry bodies and all levels of government, strengthening our community presence.
  • Be responsible for Market performance including net revenue, sales, DSO, client satisfaction, and turnover, and act swiftly on insights and emerging trends.
  • Elevate technical and advisory excellence by identifying capability strengths, gaps, and opportunities for growth and innovation.
  • Showcase project wins and success stories to build pride, visibility, and connection within the Eastern Ontario Market.

Compensation
All Regions across Canada: Salary for this position starts at $195,980
