Full Job Description
The MSO Market Growth Lead defines the sales strategy for multiple lines of business targeting specific markets. You will work on problems of diverse scope and complexity ranging from moderate to substantial. You will report to the Associate Director, Channel Development.

You will develop and execute growth strategies for CenterWell's MSO/IPA network. You will engage independent primary care practices on CenterWell's MSO/IPA offering in the Seattle and Salt Lake City markets. You will achieve targets around the recruitment of providers into CenterWell IPA Solutions and driving meaningful membership growth. This role is for a sales professional with demonstrated experience closing business deals, meeting and exceeding goals, and requires an understanding of value-based agreements and provider contracting.

You will be the subject matter expert on CenterWell's MSO/IPA product portfolio and support the strategic deployment of that portfolio to grow provider partnerships that drive the business towards its membership and revenue goals. You will achieve annual growth targets. You will develop meaningful relationships with provider partners and execute contractual agreements to join our MSO/IPA network through broad collaboration with corporate leadership, partners across contracting, key local partners, and our market leadership teams.

You must reside in the Salt Lake City, UT or Seattle, WA metro area.

Responsibilities:

You will recruit primary care practices to join CenterWell IPA Solutions to meet growth targets and will partner with CenterWell stakeholders through the following ways:
  • Develop an understanding of CenterWell's MSO/IPA offering and corresponding provider and membership growth strategies.
  • Develop an understanding of the local market competitive landscape, understanding the relationships/impacts to CenterWell product portfolio.
  • Leverage quantitative and qualitative input to drive channel growth and help the business achieve related growth targets.
  • Recognize trends that can complement and enhance product offerings.
  • Facilitate complex negotiations, providing main insights that advance agreements with new provider partners.
  • Provide national and local market leadership teams with reporting and insights that help drive alignment around growth projections.
  • Collaborate across teams to provide meaningful input to drive strategic decisions around program design, contracting efforts and capital deployment.
  • Maintain a focus on the ultimate objective of creating and promoting provider partnerships that are hyper focused on succeeding in a value-based setting through improving patient health outcomes.

Travel: While this is a remote position, occasional travel to Humana's offices for training or meetings may be required.

Pay Range
The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.

$115,200 - $158,400 per year

This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
