  • New Product Introduction Support: Partner with Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, Purchasing, Operations, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Experience to support product development efforts, align cross-functional priorities, help remove barriers, and support successful product launches.
  • Pricing and Margin Strategy: Assist with and recommend pricing decisions, including distributor pricing, rebate contract pricing, GPO pricing, IDN pricing, government pricing, OEM pricing, and promotional strategies, for leadership consideration.
  • Strategic Planning Support: Contribute to company strategic planning by preparing market summaries, product recommendations, strategic presentations, product proposals, and business-related documents with accuracy, clarity, and professional presentation for leadership.
  • Competitive Intelligence: Maintain current competitive data on pricing, product features, benefits, specifications, market claims, customer feedback, and competitive positioning; ensure competitive information is reviewed and updated regularly and shared with leadership.
  • Pipeline and Forecasting: Develop and monitor sales pipeline contributions, market demand signals, product forecasts, and related KPIs using available tools such as CRM, Power BI, and other reporting systems, reporting findings to leadership.
  • Sales Enablement and Partner Support: Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to create training, positioning, launch materials, product education, and distributor or partner communication that clearly communicate product value and market fit.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serve as a key connector between product, commercial, manufacturing, quality, and customer-facing teams, ensuring product decisions are grounded in market needs and operational realities and aligned with leadership priorities.
