Job Description Summary
GE Aerospace Marine Customer Account Manager supports Marine Spares P&L. This role supporting Marine customers globally and customer readiness by ensuring spare parts are quoted, ordered, and shipped without delay. We intend to grow this part of the business based on high margin impact and new fleets being deployed that require sustainment planning and support. Our Marine customers including the U.S. Navy, international navies, and MRO partners—depend on responsive communication, accurate order management, and reliable fulfillment to support ongoing operations.

This role is part of GE Aerospace’sMarine Engines & Services business, supporting the Marine Spares P&L and enabling readiness for marine customers worldwide. Our customers include the U.S. Navyinternational navies, and MRO partners who depend on accurate quoting, reliable order management, and on-time shipment of spare parts to support ongoing operations.

The role is basedon-site in Evendale, Ohio and works closely with marine product line teams, fulfillment operations, and contractor resources supporting customer account management, pricing, and spare parts catalog development.

Role Overview

TheMarine Customer Account Manager is accountable for helping deliver Marine Spares business performance and customer readiness outcomes by ensuring spare parts are quoted, ordered, and shipped without delay. The role supports global customers and partners, coordinating day-to-day execution across internal stakeholders and contractor teams to maintain strong service levels and operational performance.

This position also supports business growth by improving forecasting, provisioning, and order execution processes to enable sustainment planning for new and expanding fleets—while aligning actions to key business KPIs.

Key Responsibilities

Forecasting & Planning: Facilitate and develop the combined capital parts forecast across product line teams, ensuring the forecast supports sales plans, outage forecasts, and inventory plans. Shop Visit Forecasting & ESN Tracking: Partner with the Marine product line to strengthen shop visit forecasting and improve ESN tracking processes to support accurate planning and execution. Parts Pricing & Customer Setup Focal: Serve as the focal to ensure non-catalog parts are priced upon customer request and coordinate customer setup needs as required. Provisioning Conferences: Lead spare parts provisioning conferences with external customers to align requirements, timing, and execution plans. Order Management & Fulfillment Execution: Manage end-to-end order intake and processing, input orders into internal systems, and connect execution to customer portals and systems to ensure timely fulfillment. KPI Alignment & Execution Rigor: Ensure operational alignment to relevant business KPIs (e.g., service level, on-time fulfillment, delinquency reduction) and drive day-to-day execution discipline. Cross-Functional Coordination: Coordinate across product line, materials, and fulfillment stakeholders to resolve issues, remove barriers, and maintain customer responsiveness. Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to reduce cycle time, improve compliance, and strengthen customer experience.

Required Qualifications
  • This role requires advanced experience inServices and Customer Order and Fulfillment with knowledge comparable to a bachelor’s degree (or high school diploma with relevant experience).
