Position Summary:The MAPICS Lead is a strategic leadership role within the Global Applications organization, which is responsible for business technology strategy, solution delivery, service management, and stakeholder engagement. This role is accountable for the delivery and support of the Infor XA (MAPICS) platform, ensuring the stability, scalability, and performance of the MAPICS environment while aligning with enterprise standards and business strategy. The MAPICS Lead builds and leads a high-performing MAPICS delivery and support team to sustain operations and enable key initiatives, while also providing key input to MAPICS modernization and replacement strategy(s) to transition the organization toward future-state ERP capabilities. This role balances operational excellence with business priorities to ensure continuity of current systems while driving long-term business value.
Job Responsibilities:- Provide functional and technical expertise in MAPICS (Infor XA) across manufacturing, supply chain, finance, and sales.
- Lead the design, delivery, and support of end-to-end MAPICS solutions across systems and business processes.
- Facilitate fit/gap analysis and validate solution designs to ensure alignment with business needs and standard functionality.
- Oversee enhancements, integrations, conversions, and custom development within the MAPICS ecosystem, including AS400 technologies.
- Guide system design, development, and troubleshooting to deliver scalable, maintainable solutions.
- Integrate MAPICS with external systems and partner with architects to ensure alignment with enterprise standards.
- Ensure adherence to development standards, documentation, and overall delivery quality.
- Drive team incident response, including escalation management and root cause analysis for production issues.
- Oversee transition of solutions into support through effective knowledge transfer and readiness planning.
- Drive continuous improvement across MAPICS delivery, support, and operational processes.
- Communicate status and coordinate across stakeholders, vendors, and delivery teams to ensure effective execution.
- Build, lead, and develop a high-performing team through hiring, mentoring, and succession planning.
- Establish governance, standards, and best practices for MAPICS delivery and lifecycle management, including support for M&A and integrations.
- Lead the MAPICS replacement strategy, including platform evaluation, roadmap definition, migration execution, and risk mitigation.
- Ensure MAPICS environment adheres to SOX or other applicable regulatory requirements
- Support internal and external audits related to SOX/IT controls and change management processes
Job Requirements: - 10 years of ERP experience, with strong focus on Infor XA / MAPICS preferred.
- Deep expertise in MAPICS, including AS400 platform architecture and production support.
- Strong technical knowledge of RPG, CLLE, SQL, DB2, and integration approaches.
- Proven experience leading teams and delivering complex, cross-functional solutions.
- Experience with ERP transformation and modernization initiatives preferred.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing, supply chain, order management, and finance processes.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication skills with both technical and business stakeholders.
- Ability to operate in fast-paced, global environments and manage competing priorities.
- Ability to work independently and within geographically distributed teams.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, or related field preferred.

Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Hourly and salaried non-exempt employees will also be paid overtime pay when working qualifying overtime hours.
