Full Job Description
Job Description Summary:

Implements and sustains BD Excellence work process for the manufacturing unit. Identifies critical equipment setting and creation of standards. Creates technical knowledge for the manufacturing unit and transfers the knowledge to the operator and technical associates. Coaches associates on continuous improvement methodologies within the manufacturing unit. Understands top losses within the manufacturing unit and develops and implements plans to eliminate losses and drive OEE performance. Responsible for manufacturing unit change control including validation activities, root cause analysis of prioritized OEE losses, and quality events and deviations.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (any) or related field of study and two (2) years of experience in the job offered or related occupation in which the required experience was gained. Must have demonstrated experience with: Medical manufacturing; Machine design; Statistical Analysis and use of Minitab and other software applications; Manufacturing Engineering concepts; AutoCAD and other design software applications; mechanical ability to assist in new design and process improvements for OEE; proficient in validations IQ, OQ, PQ, DOE, and TMV; and CFR820 and ISO regulations.

Salary offered for the position is: $87,500.00 - $109,200.00/year.
