Standard Job DescriptionYou will be the Manufacturing Support Team Member for the Manufacturing Support Team. Our team is responsible for supporting production, business, and other processes in a team-based manufacturing environment.
What You Will Be Doing
As the Manufacturing Support Team Member you will be responsible for coordinating cross-functional manufacturing activities, facilitating self-directed work teams, and driving continuous process improvement.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Coordinate production planning and control activities.
- Implement total quality management initiatives.
- Provide training and mentorship to peers and teams.
- Manage material flow and support equipment engineering.
- Lead process reengineering and continuous improvement projects.

Basic QualificationsCompleted bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Microsoft office suite experience
Must be a U.S. citizen and have the ability to obtain a security clearance.
Desired SkillsDegree focus in industrial, mechanical, or electrical engineering, or other degree major with relevant experience
Experience with tracking and managing quality, and schedule in a manufacturing environment
Experience working in a union environment
Performance Management Team experience
Familiarity with lean manufacturing techniques
Test and Assembly Experience
Pay InformationFull-Time Salary Range: $59900.00 - $111300.00
The salary range for this position is as listed on the requisition. Please note that the salary information listed is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market(work location) and business considerations when extending an offer.

- For (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
