Full Job Description
Are you a results-driven leader with a passion for operational excellence and a strong background in fabrication processes? We are looking for a hands-on Manufacturing Operations Supervisor to join our El Paso, TX team and take ownership of end-to-end production execution. You'll lead teams, coordinate resources, and drive performance improvements that directly impact quality, safety, and efficiency.

This position is a 2nd shift role. The shift schedule is 3:30 PM - 12:30 PM, Monday through Friday, with weekend coverage as needed.

What will you do?
  • Oversee daily manufacturing operations and ensure consistent execution of quality and safety standards
  • Set production priorities, allocate people and equipment, and resolve blockers through effective escalation
  • Monitor KPIs, address deviations, and implement improvement actions to optimize throughput and costs
  • Collaborate with maintenance, supply, and quality teams to stabilize workflows and enhance performance

What qualifications will make you successful?
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Equivalent professional experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.
  • Required: Hands-on experience in fabrication processes, including punching and metal forming
  • Strong understanding of fabrication workflows, equipment, and production environments
  • Ability to lead and troubleshoot fabrication operations in a fast-paced setting
  • Working knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and process improvement methodologies
  • Prior supervisory or team leadership experience within a manufacturing environment
    Proficiency with data analysis and reporting tools, including Microsoft Excel
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively across teams
    Proven ability to identify issues, evaluate solutions, and implement improvements

For this U.S. based position, the expected pay range is USD 86,400 - USD 129,600 per year. This pay range includes base pay and short-term incentives. The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States. Our pay ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the pay range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
