Position SummaryAs a member of the Manufacturing Operations shift team, the employee is directly responsible for managing a team of 4 to 15 manufacturing specialists that maintain the flow of production through sections of the line, during their shift, while achieving world class speed and quality.
Role and ResponsibilitiesHere's What You'll Be Responsible For:- Managing people and all related tasks.
- Troubleshooting complex production issues utilizing computer systems.
- Making decisions based on best known methods or operating procedures. Tracking and documenting production obstacles and communicating these issues effectively.
- Collaborating with external departments to enhance manufacturing performance.
- Work hours: D shift (Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and alternating Saturdays, 7pm-7am).
Skills and Qualifications• Develops professional expertise by complying with company policies and procedures
• Works on problems of moderate scope where analyzing situations or data requires a review on various factors
• Exercises judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action
• Normally receives general instructions on routine work with detailed instructions on new projects or assignments
• Generally requires a bachelor's degree with a minimum 2 years related experience, or advanced degree without experience
