Standard Job DescriptionYou will be the Manufacturing Supervisor for the Manufacturing Operations Team. Our team is responsible for delivering high-quality, on-time production while driving continuous improvement and cost-saving initiatives.
What You Will Be DoingAs the Manufacturing Supervisor you will be responsible for leading a skilled production crew, coordinating cross-functional support, and ensuring all performance targets are met.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Supervise daily production activities and maintain schedule adherence for assigned areas.
- Achieve quality goals and PMT metrics, including zero defects, audit compliance, and cost-saving targets.
- Develop and implement strategies to reduce overtime, drive energy savings, and improve overall efficiency.
- Maintain operator qualifications, special process authorizations, and PMT online training status.
- Lead continuous-improvement efforts such as 6S audits, FOD prevention, and statistical process control.

Basic QualificationsBachelors degree from an accredited college, or equivalent experience/combined education.

Pay InformationFull-Time Salary Range: $65200.00 - $121200.00
