Position SummaryWe are looking for a Manufacturing Strategy Engineer with strong analytical skills to drive continuous improvement across our high-volume semiconductor wafer fabrication operations. This Engineer will act as a bridge between demand-driving product owners, the Capacity Planning team, and shift-level execution. They will translate complex demand signals into dynamic run plans, uncover and resolve tool-capacity and cycle-time bottlenecks, and drive continuous-improvement initiatives that increase equipment utilization and reduce throughput variance. The engineer will schedule tool work, coordinate maintenance-day activities, manage spec activations, act as the shift's voice, and collaborate with cross-functional teams on automation, cost saving, and improvement initiatives.

- 3-5+ years in semiconductor fabs, automated manufacturing, or factory operation roles.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Data analysis, Microsoft Office, and Project management.
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Production control, Capacity planning.
